A memorandum of cooperation was signed between NMG (Nikora Management Group) and College Spectri. The collaboration aims to support education in deficient and high-demand technical professions for young people and to strengthen employment opportunities.
Within the framework of the new educational initiative, teaching at the college will be linked to real production experience, which will give students the opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into practice. Several students, in parallel with their studies, will undergo internships at NMG's subsidiary companies with a flexible working schedule acceptable to them.
Students will receive:
- Practical work experience
- Scholarship;
- Free lunch during working hours;
As explained, after completing their studies, students will have the opportunity for full-time employment if they wish.
"We believe that the cooperation between vocational education and business creates opportunities that make the career path more accessible and practical for young people. Supporting vocational education and creating real employment paths for youth is one of the important foundations for the country's sustainable development," states David Urushadze, Deputy General Director of NMG.
Within the framework of corporate social responsibility, NMG has implemented many important projects over the years in the directions of education, environmental protection, and labor rights. The company attaches special importance to supporting those professions for which there is high demand in the labor market today. Among them are technical specialties, which are critically important for the management of production and technological processes.
